Move Management Coordinator
FMA’s Move Management Coordinator (MMC) serves as the Single-Point-of-Contact for each transferee and oversees the entire relocation process from beginning to end.
The MMC ensures stability throughout the move directly interacting with the transferee and service providers. In addition to managing the physical movement of household goods and autos, they manage a multitude of duties such as to provide scheduling, monitor shipment tracking, assist with claims, troubleshoot and resolve unsatisfactory issues that may arise during the process of the relocation. The MMC documents estimates, costs, correspondence, claim details and reports using secure, real-time technology.
